If you have trouble with a spill we will;

1. Help over the phone. You call us, not a service center.

2. If we cannot offer help over the phone, we will refer you to a MicroSeal Hawaii approved professional.

3. If the cleaning is not successful, we will refund the cost of the treatment as well as the cost of the cleaning.
